We, ACES Gold Star Boxers, guarantee this puppy to be in good health at the time of delivery. All puppies will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian, and given a Veterinary Certificate of Health prior to delivery. ACES Gold Star Boxers only sell pet quality puppies. Weights given for puppies full grown are estimates only as seller does not guarantee adult size, adult weight, coat color, eye color, or temperament, nor does seller guarantee fitness for breeding. This guarantee does not cover common internal, or external parasites such as but not limited to: ear mites, fleas, mange etc.

For the protection of the buyer and seller, the puppy shall be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If your puppy is shipped/picked up on a weekend, or holiday, then your puppy shall be examined on the next business day following the weekend, or holiday your puppy was shipped/picked up. If the puppy is declared in unacceptable health by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of the shipping/pick-up date, he/she should issue a written statement of diagnosis, including a detailed description of all symptoms supporting that diagnosis, results of any tests performed, and the reason why he/she feels the puppy to be a poor health risk. This report is to be sent to the seller immediately in which the seller will have a licensed Veterinarian interpret the report. If the seller’s Veterinarian concurs, the buyer at the buyers expense, will have 7 days from the shipping/pick-up date to return the puppy, the puppies registration papers, and the shot and medical records to ACES Gold Star Boxers.

Once the buyer has possession of his/her puppy, and/or upon the buyer's Veterinarian declaring the puppy to be a poor health risk, or before any refund be issued, or in any event, and for any reason not listed: ACES Gold Star Boxers reserves the right to have the previously said puppy inspected by a Veterinarian of our choice.

Half the total purchase price is a nonrefundable deposit, therefore in the event that a refund be issued, ACES Gold Star Boxers will issue a refund equal to half the puppy purchase price. All expenses incurred, medical or otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping expenses are never refunded.

If the Buyer fails to take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of the shipping/pick-up date, this warranty becomes null and void. If the puppy, the puppies registration papers, and the shot and medical record are not returned to ACES Gold Star Boxers within 7 days of the shipping/pick-up date as a result of the puppy being declared of poor health with our Veterinarian concurring, no refund shall be given.

Should your puppy need to be air shipped, the buyer assumes all liability for the shipping of his/her puppy. We do, however, purchase flight insurance on your behalf, to ensure that your puppy will be financially protected in transit. The buyer shall be responsible for any and all shipping expenses required to get their puppy to them. This includes any unexpected shipping expenses not known up front at the time of purchase. Unexpected shipping expenses include but is not limited to: the puppy falling into a higher weight class at the time of shipping, day or overnight kenneling etc. All payment of these unexpected shipping expenses shall be paid before any puppy is shipped to the buyer.

Shipping Dates are always tentative as we never guarantee a shipping date unless otherwise noted at the bottom of the contract with an asterisk followed by the written guaranteed date. This is due in part to two reasons: 1) Inclement weather always plays a vital role in the part of the country that we live in, and 2) The airport is a five hour round trip drive from our home.

We make two scheduled airport trips to the airport each month. The buyer’s puppy will be scheduled to ship to him/her during one of these two scheduled airport trips. In the event that the buyer needs their puppy shipped to them sooner, or on a certain date (noted by an asterisk at the bottom of the contract), then a special trip to the airport can be arranged for a special airport trip charge of $125 extra.

The buyer is required to read over the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and Helpful Information Pages of our Website. These web pages provide valuable information about our polices, procedures, and practices. These pages will also help the buyer prepare for the arrival of their new puppy.
